This guide walks you through how to cancel your subscription from your account settings.
Step 1: Open your profile menu
Click on your profile icon located at the top left corner of the admin dashboard.
Step 2: Go to Subscription
From the dropdown menu, select Subscription. This will take you to your subscription management page at: https://app.just.ad/account/subscription
Step 3: Open Manage Plan
On the subscription page, you'll see a dropdown labeled "Select an option". Click on it and choose Manage Plan. A popup window will appear.
Step 4: Cancel your plan
Scroll down to the bottom of the popup and click "Click here to cancel your plan" to proceed with the cancellation.
⚠️ Please note: Once you cancel, your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
